BACOM WRAPPED FILET MIGNON TACOS with Red Hornet Sauce 🔥
Picked up a couple bacon wrapped ladies while I was at the super yesterday. I brought them home to desecrate them in the worst ways possible.
I let them think it was going to be “just another dinner” as I placed them face down into a butter sizzling cast iron skillet. However they watched me vigilantly as I chopped up tomatoes followed by onions, then cilantro.
There was a sense of confusion on the steaks as I flipped them in butter and glazed their surface with the excess juices. Once I began to chopped the jalapenos and squeezed in some lime into the pico de gallo did the beef begin to have suspicions they would not be served with mashed potatoes or green beans on this evening.
As I pulled the steaks and let them rest I began to warm some flour tortillas. It was at this moment these hot prime cuts of meat concluded they would not be patiently sliced and eaten one bite at a time but rather chopped up and tossed into an edible bread circle with a host of other ingredients and plowed through all at once……
Naturally I doused these fire tacos with @mariesharpsusa Red Hornet Sauce and slayed away.
