COUSIN’S MAINE LOBSTER TACOS

We have been hunting for these lobster tacos for sometime now and it was only by chance that we found one or the trucks.

I’ve heard so many awesome things about this food that it was necessary to try it out first hand.

The lobster tacos start with a thick toasted flour tortilla and a large helping of shredded cabbage. A solid helping of Maine Lobster is layed in and its topped with pico de gallo and a lathering of mayo cream sauce.

Pretty darn tasty.
