TERIYAKI PINEAPPLE TACOS

Had some guests over to celebrate my wifes birthday and my intention was to make some animal style tacos and teriyaki burgers for our guests. With some encouraging I cross pollinated the ideas and placed the burger inside of a mozzarella cheese coated flour tortilla followed by some grilled pineapple tossed in teriyaki sauce topped in red onion, cilantro and a little more sauce for good measure.. I’ll definitely be revisiting these tacos soon.
