CHORIZO POTATO TACOS

Last nights @rick_bayless inspired chorizo potato tacos were definitely on point.
Grilled onion cooked in chorizo mixed with a few chopped potatos and scooped into a flour tortilla with a topping of cilantro, queso, and @magohotsauce ghost pepper sauce.
