LOBSTER TACOS

About a month a go I tried out lobster tacos for the first time, well it was actually my first time preparing lobster and I felt compelled to try them out again.

After a buttery grill session we pull the meat out of the shell, chop it up and place it on a cabbage/cilantro slaw mount trapped inside a @caram3lo tortilla. Over the lobster meat a scooped in some homemade salsa macha and SLAYED!

Such a tasty taco!
