CARNE ASADA TACOS

After putting in some yard work time all day, Shannon and I fire up the bbq for a grill and chill session to relax for the day. While my lovely wife requested burgers, I opted for some carne asada.

My tacos got the classic crispy cheese covered flour tortillas with a lathering of guacamole, lots of meat, serrano salsa and a drizzling of @shoveittacos roasted habanero sauce. Bbbbbboom! So good. Sooo freaking good.
