CLASSIC GROUND BEEF TACOS

The colors of last night’s Taco Tuesday were amazing, perhaps I’ve learned to love these ground beef tacos a little more during this taco journey.

As the taco days roll through of carne asadas, al pastor and carnitas it is awesome to jump back into a tasty crunchy taco, just like my pops used to make every Tuesday.

Ground beef is stuck to the crunchy tortilla courtesy of the sour cream “meat glue”. At top the seasoned meat sits a mountain of deli lettuce, finely shredded cheddar cheese, chopped roma tomatoes, vinegar soaked white onions and a MASSIVE drizzling from @mariesharpsusa BEWARE Habanero sauce.
