TACO DAY 1037

NATIONAL BBQ DAY TACO TRIO

Since this “national day” was a must to celebrate, we fired up the @charbroilgrills for a trifecta round of 3 different grilled meat tacos.

Smoked sausage, tenderloin, and @brandingironranch chicken all grilled up to perfection and tossed in to a guacamole coated cheesed up flour tortilla. Then I tossed in cilantro, freshly pickled red onions, and queso fresco before dropping some super tasty FUEGO ANUS from @dr.duckbutter …

and HOLY SMOKES this sauce was not nearly as hot as I expected with a name like FUEGO ANUS and it had such a solid flavor and great texture.
