Chilaquile Taco

A Taco Slayer first!!!! For our holiday meal with l whipped up some chilaquiles to start the morning and it was my first attempt ever and since they were so good I decided to try and turn them into tacos for dinner.

In a flour tortilla I placed a layer of fried and diced @elcomalproducts corn tortillas that I had cooked with a combo of homemade Verde & Rojas sauces. Then I added in cilantro, pickled onion, chorizo, an over easy egg, a drizzling of @tiofranciscocheese Mexican crema, queso cotija, queso fresco, more cilantro, more onions, and the some @melindasfoods Green Sauce and Fire Habanero.

Holy Smokes. Santa did get any of these tacos 😉
