Fried Chicken Esquites Tacos
Starting off 2024 with a Banger of Taco here. Fried chicken soaked in milk, pickle juice, and @hecklerhotsauce 2basco before getting fried up.
While the chicken was soaking, I boiled a couple cobs and chopped the corn off, then mixed it with mayonnaise, green onions, spices, cilantro, and a little @hecklerhotsauce 2BASCO to finish off the esquites.
After I finished frying my chicken I dropped it into a flour tortilla with the corn concoction, then a few more squirts of the 2BASCO, a drizzle of my homemade jalapeno ranch, and then topped these tacos off with bacon. Woah!
