Rolled Carnitas Tacos Escabeche
Did a lot of cooking yesterday, so I took it easy for dinner and rolled up some tacos with @elcomalproducts corn tortillas and @delrealfoods carnitas. I fried my Rolled Tacos up to a proper crispness and then coated them in @tiofranciscocheese Mexican crema and cotija along with a drenching of @joeyshotsauce Paisana Nicole’s Blend.
To the side, I made some extremely wicked Escabeche, pickled jalapeno, onions , carrots, and cauliflower, basically a must-have when visiting taco shops.
