Leftover Taco Night

With all the taco creations going on almost nightly, we stack up a bunch of leftovers. From meats to
basically all the Taco fixings necessary to create more tacos!! It was recommended ,by my wife, that I deal with the problem so nothing goes to waste and I think that’s a was a great idea. Also, I looked deep into the hot sauce shelf and pulled out a sauce I haven’t used in some time to get the make the most of “leftover Taco night”.

Adobada Taco with guacamole, pineapple salsa Verde and the scotch bonnet sauce.

Tacos dorados de Pollo with @brandingironranch Pollo asado Mexican crema , slaw, onions and the scotch bonnet hot sauce.

Ground beef and refried bean tacos with Mexican crema, salsa Roja, and queso fresco….and the sauce

And lastly some honey and salsa Macha coated fried chicken tacos with slaw and a solid drizzle or scotch bonnet hot sauce.

On the side I had a chile toreados, bacon wrapped jalapeños and my homemade Escabeche. 😋

Soooooo bbbomb! Left over night was awesome!!
