Smashed Sausage Breakfast Tacos

I’ve smashed a few burgers in my day but this was a new and delicious experience.

After shaping the sausage up and grilling it In a cast iron skillet i melted cheese over the top and placed it into a guacamole coated flour tortilla. Next I added in an over easy egg and cilantro before I poured in a big drizzle of @magohotsauce original habanero sauce . Ohhhhh yeah!!
