Shrimp & Steak Chimichurri Tacos

Cranked the volume up to 11 on these surf and turf concoctions.

I built up a Chimichurri sauce using parsley, cilantro, green onion, jalapeno, spices, oil, and lime, and a massive drizzle of @habsauce serrano tequila verde hot sauce.

Next, I seasoned up some New Yorks with my homemade #batch42 coffee seasoning and tossed them onto a cast iron for a couple minutes on each side.

For the shrimp, I seasoned them with garlic, lemon, and some Chimichurri, then tossed them into a skillet and added some garlic butter.

With everything ready, I combined it all in a toasted flour tortilla with steak, shrimp, Chimichurri sauce, and another drizzle of lime and @habsauce serrano tequila Verde 😋
