Tacos dorados de Pollo

These chicken tacos are becoming some of my most favorite!! Whipped up these bad boys by loading up a few corn tortillas with shredded chicken I made the other day and frying them in a shallow pan of oil.

Once crispy, I added a layer of @tiofranciscocheese Mexican crema, shredded cabbage and cilantro, pickled onions, some @tiofranciscocheese Taqueria salsa Roja, guaca salsa, and topped with cojita. Hoooly Smokes, these were tasty!!!!

@tiofranciscocheese makes all the deliciousness now, cheese and salas, ALL OF IT!!!!
