CHIMICHURRI TRI TIP TACOS
Tried out a fresh way to cook these tri tips I had no idea about, the AIR FRYER!! It’s totally a new experience, and I’ll have more information on how I cooked it later, but it ended up perfect and juicy.
While the tri tip was cooking, i blended up a batch of chimichurri with parsley, cilantro, oregano, jalapeno, salt, pepper , oil and red wine vinegar.
And when the beef was finished cooking, I sliced it up and filled a flour tortilla with the meat, with the chimichurri, and then for maximum flavor, I drizzled in some @tres.guapos smoked fresno into the mix.
This is the slay!
