TACO DAY 1646 – QUESABIRRIA TACOS

QUESABIRRIA TACOS

Whipped up a very tasty batch of Birria yesterday for a little dinner with our neighbors. I slow cooked some short ribs all day until the meat was juicy and tender in a consume of dried chiles, spices, tomatoes, garlic, onions and broth.

I added the meat to some @guerrerotortillas corn tortillas with melted @tiofranciscocheese queso oaxaca and then DRIZZLED IN the absolutely killer new Taco Sauce from @7siblingshotsauce! This sauce is super tasty but isn’t too hot and went perfect on this birria. NOT SHARING THESE
