Birria & Bacon Tacos

How do you elevate a birria taco??? Simple, just add bacon!! Of course, that’s my solution to everything. For these tacos I fried up a few corn tortillas to maximum crunch mode and piled in some birria style shredded beef. Next I added some queso oaxaca, cilantro, lettuce, onion, BACON, avocado and a little queso cojita. 😋 lastly to set this Taco off I drizzled in some of @mikeyvshotsauce ILOVE TACO SAUCE SO MUCH (HOT) Sauce that I picked up from my Local sauce plug, @thespicysister.ca .

These tacos were freaking killer, this is the slay!
