Tri Tip Tacos

Leveled up my tri tip taco game with this one. I seasoned up the beef cuts with my #batch42 coffee/salt/garlic/pepper Seasoning then cooked it to perfection in smoke using the @thermopro temp spikes.

Once the meat was ready, I sliced it up and added it to a flour tortilla, with sautéed bell peppers and onions, with a big scoop of homemade guacamole.

This is the slay!
