TACO DAY 1649

MASSIVE BREAKFAST TACO!!

Started the day off with some pretty killer breakfast Tacos using bacon, eggs and the left over tritip. I coated a few corn tortillas with melted Oaxaca cheese the laid down a coat of guacamole followed by the beef and bacon and salsa. Lastly i added in an over easy egg with a huge drizzling or @habaneroharman ‘s Mango habanero sauce.
This sauce was so good I almost killed the whole bottle for these tacos.
