Fajita Style Carne Asada Tacos

What a dinner this was! These tacos had all the goodies from those classic sizzlin fajitas at your favorite restaurant but packed with homemade deliciousness.

I hit the skirt steak with @sakarifarm saźon seasoning and cooked it up on my @lodgecastiron square grill. Then I sautéed a combination of red bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms.

Once my meat and veggies were hot and ready to go, I heated up my @lodgecastiron Comal and started everything into a few @elcomalproducts flour tortillas with a layer of mexican crema. Next, I drizzled in a huge pour of @sakarifarm ‘s award winning Belize Me scotch bonnet & fireball hot sauce . Then, I topped these tacos with guacamole and cilantro. These tacos were packed and required a double layer of tortillas. Soooooo freaking good.
