BACON WRAPPED JALAPENO & TRITIP TACOS

Last nights tacos were elevated to another level with a few of my favorite things.

I picked up a small 1lb tri tip at my local @wildomargroceryoutlet and tossed it in the air fryer for about 17min after searing it on both sides.

While the meat cooked, I wrapped a few jalapeños in bacon and stuffed them with Colby jack cheese and placed them in the oven for a few min. Next I whipped together a quick ranch dip and warmed up some bell peppers and onions.

Once everything was ready I piled all this deliciousness into a toasted flour tortilla. A thick layer of sliced tritip first followed by a layer of veggies, a bacon wrapped Colby jack stuffed jalapeños and a drizzling of homemade ranch before raining down the fire of @jerseybarnfire smoked ghost Taco Hot Sauce. 🔥

**This hot sauce is a must for anyone with a taco fetish and hot sauce cabinet.
