Quesabirria Tacos
Tried out a new, ready to cook, seasoned birria chuck roast last night. It simply required a couple cups of water and 7 hours of slow cooking.
Once the meat shredded with ease, I made some super fresh corn tortillas and melted @tiofranciscocheese queso Oaxaca in and piled up the shredded beef. As the cheese and beef melted together I added in a juicy mixture of cilantro, thinly sliced onion and lime juice followed by a massive drizzle of the red saving, garlic and lime flavors of @mammothsauceco Mad Jupiter Hot Sauce.
These tacos here were FIRE, this is the slay!
