TACOS DORADOS DE BIRRIA
Since I still had birria left over, I figured I’d make some crispy golden tacos, which are basically my favorite type of taco.
For these bad boys, I layed a few tortillas into a hot skillet with oil, and once the tortillas began to get crispy, I layed in some queso oaxaca and a scoop of birria. I folded the tacos up and continued cooking until the oaxaca was melted.
Next, I piled in a layer of guacamole, cilantro limed cabbage, pickled red onions, @tiofranciscocheese Mexican crema and queso fresco and then a massive drizzle of @elfantasticfuego Death Wish Hot Sauce.
This sauce was incredibly tasty and was the perfect taco addition with its chile de arbol and Chipotle flavors.
