Tritip Steak Tacos

Got my hands on some fresh @thehumboldttortilladepot Thai ginger garlic corn tortillas, and naturally, I had to whip up some wicked fixings to stuff them with.

I sautéed a combo of onions and red bell peppers and heated up a small tri tip as well as a batch of guacamole.

Once everything was ready I toasted up those Humboldt Tortillas in a little oil on my Comal and then spread out a layer of guacamole over the r top. Next I piled in the tri tip steak, the sautéed veggies and the drizzled in some of the @mikeyvshotsauce Sam Sauce because I freaking loved this tomatillo, 7 pot primo, exotic vinegar, habanero sauce and had to finish it off. 😋

So good. This is the slay
