Definitely not a vegan dish here, but there wasn’t any meat. For day 216 we fried up some wicked avocados and turned them into tacos. For the topping, we made a “not too spicy” serrano cream. Of course its garnished in green cabbage, salsa, grape tomatos, and cotija cheese all sitting on some corn tortillas. Bomb! #tacotuesday #avocados #tacoslayers
