TACO DAY 668/1000


Fried chicken is cool but Nashville fried chicken is sweet with brown sugar, spicy with cayanne pepper and tasty as hell when slipped inside a tasty tortilla.

After prepping the chicken earlier by letting it bathe some buttermilk, egg and @hahahotsauce. After a few hours we dredged the chicken into some flour and seasoning, then back to the buttermilk then back to the flour before frying up……double dredge. After the chicken was finished frying I brushed on the Nashville seasoning which was a combo of melted butter and lard with cayanne pepper, brown sugar, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.

The cabbage slaw topping is a mixture of green and red cabbage, carrots, broccoli, mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar. I also whipped up a few blue corn tortilla and melted some mozzarella to the face before stacking in the chicken and slaw. Finally I finished these tacos off with a single pickle slice. Boom Nashville style chicken tacos.
