CAMPING TACOS!!

We found ourselves on top of mountain yesterday with good company and I be you’ll never believe what we made for dinner…..yup, TACOS!

I brought up a couple pounds of marinating carne asada meat, queso, and tortillas and although we did bring our own cooking unit we Cooked the meat on the fire pit In-between cooking hot dogs and smores.

After cooking the meat up I melted some Oaxaca queso to a few flour tortillas and dropped a mound of meat into the cheese before piling in cilantro, red onions, a red hot chile pepper and hot sauce……..so BOSS!
