STUFFED JALAPENO CARNE ASADA TACOS

Last nights tictok inspired tacos were pretty tasty. The gentleman in the video suggests broiling up some jalapenos before stuffing them with mozzarella cheese and tossing the on the comal for a few min to get all melted together. Then he tosses them in a tortilla with carne asada, guac, and red sauce before he destroys them with proper slayer etiquette .

They seemed easy enough and the guy looked so satisfied while eating them that I had to make it happen but not with out taking it up a notch. For Ours, we used homemade corn tortillas, @yucatanguac, and a couple slices of jalapeno infused bacon. I also dumped gratuitous amounts of carne asada into mine and yeah, it was just as tasty as I was hoping it to be. Looking forward to trying this taco again.
