ROLLED CARNITAS TACOS

After a gnarly day of hiking and celebrating our friends wedding on a mountain summit, I was a bit beat up for normal taco slaying. Instead I rolled up a few carnitas taquitos with a quick homemade guacamole. Over the hot taquitos I sprinkled in some jack cheese, the guacamole, cilantro, and the rest of the @mariesharpsusa BEWARE sauce.

Absolutely delicious and quick.
