WICKED ADOBADA TACOS
It’s another wild 3 meat taco but this time I used all pork: adobada, ham, and BACON.
After grilling up all my meats on the CharBroil i stacked them in this corn tortilla over a heaping mound of guacamole. First the adobada, then the grilled ham, followed by bacon. Next a little cilantro, pickled red onions, and cotija cheese before finishing them off with a solid drizzling of the Truff @sauce .
