TACOS EL TROMPO IN LONG BEACH

Never pass up the opportunity for some tacos!!! Whilst on a sticker delivery near the @formulad streets of long Beach I caught the gleam of the “Tacos El Trompo” parked and looking soo inviting.

Since I just happened to be in the company of @kultstatus , a fellow taco enthusiasts, I suggested we kill a couple tacos.

We went with the namesake al pastor tacos which were street styled with cilantro and onions paired with a grilled white fish taco topped with lettuce, cream sauce, pico de gallo and an avocado wedge.

Both tacos were served with a pair of corn tortillas and sided with a little salsa verde and washed down with a Mexican coke.
