BELLA’S ROOT BEER PULLED PORK TACOS

It’s a little local secret that the best root beer in the country is made by @ourbrew founder John and his daughter Bella in their Redlands California brewery.   Now root beer pulled pork is already one of my favorite tacos so it was really exciting to give bellas root beer a try.

After slow cooking up my carnitas I pan seared the little bit that would go into my tortillas and those corn tortillas were covered in melted cheese and guacamole. Next I added in some freshly made pickled red onions and a super tasty roasted habanero salsa I made with the peppers my wife grew and garlic inside of a molcajete. 

Between the salsa, the pickled red onions and Bella’s root beer pork I have to say these were some of the tastiest tacos I’ve ever shoved   down my gullet.
