ADOBADA TACOS







Yesterday’s round of Adobada was top notch. I picked a few lbs of the seasoned pork at my local carniceria as well as Sonora style flour tortillas.
Once back home, I grilled up the adobada over the fire contained in my @charbroilgrills. After chopping up pineapple, cilantro and onion I loaded each taco up with COPIOUS AMOUNTS of @mariesharpsusa Hot sauces.
A few drops of the Pure Love (pineapple habanero) followed by a little green habanero and finally the fiery hot habanero.
Sooooo freaking tasty.
