CARNE ASADA TACOS
Shannon and I had a busy night in the shop so we picked up some marinated steak from our local carniceria and made some pretty simple tacos.
I grilled up the beef over hot coals on the grill and chopped up some veggies for a nice pico de gallo. Once the meat was ready, I grabbed the @yucatanguac and placed a layer over a flour tortilla. Next I piled in the meat and pico followed by copious amounts of @crybabycraigs Habanero & Garlic Hot Sauce.
So flipping bomb!
