SWEET PORK TENDERLOIN TACOS
Yesterday’s tacos were on point! After cooking up a pork tenderloin I chopped it up and threw it back in a skillet with some @davesgourmetinc ginger peach hot sauce and tossed it around a bit. The result was so sweet with very little heat and super tasty.
I piled the sweetened pork into a wheat flour and queso coated tortillas with a heaping scoop of black tomato salsa and finished her off drizzle of sour cream.
So good! 👍
