THE BAJA SHRIMP TACO TRUCK – LAKE ELSINORE

Our friends at @the_baja_shrimp upgraded to a proper truck to vend some of the best tacos around so naturally we had to drop by to enjoy.

Since these are probably the fattest tacos around, 2 will usually handle my cravings. I ordered up their namesake baja shrimp tacos that comes with fried shrimp in a big 6in cheese crusted corn tortilla and piled high with red cabbage slaw, fresh pico, and a spicy cream sauce. 

The second taco I ordered was the steak and shrimp that comes with tasted seasoned meats and grilled veggies with their signature spicy cream sauce. For this taco I drizzled on some of their bombtacular grilled habanero hot sauce that was packed with heat.
