FATIMAS STYLE CARNE ASADA/CHILE RELLANO TACOS
My son had been begging me to take him to Fatimas in Downey CA but unfortunately it’s a little drive away so I tried to make some at home.
I piled some carne asada into a flour tortilla and added in the usual suspects: cilantro and red onion. Next I placed in some charred, sliced and queso stuffed poblano peppers. I drizzled in some sour cream and sprinkled in the signature flaming hot cheetos before lathering this taco in super bomb tasting HEAT YOUR HEART smoked habanero sauce.
