SMOKED TACO TRIO
I spent the majority of Christmas eve smoking up a few pounds of meats. I cooked up brisket and brisket Burnt ends, and pork belly burnt ends and bacon wrapped jalapenos all for our little family gathering. My idea was to have a solid assortment of tacos and holy smokes was it a success.
With the brisket I paired it up with a homemade chimichurri sauce and a little queso fresco inside a flour tortilla.
The pork belly burnt ends we smothered in @jntsbbqsauce and topped in picked onions cased inside another flour tortilla.
Finally the brisket Burnt ends got teamed with a salsa fresca inside a third flour tortilla.
So smokey so bomb!
