Breakfast Chorizo & Potato Tacos

Couldn’t help but indulge on my left overs for Breakfast because these didn’t deserve to sit in the back of the fridge. This time around I added some scramby eggs to the mix and drizzled on the house staple hot sauce, @hahahotsauce, made from my brother, Dave @yatescomedy .

I paired these tacos with a couple waffles and a cup of incredible coffee made with locally roasted beans from @coffeebeardsbowties .
