Chorizo & Potato Tacos

Nothing fancy going on with today’s tacos but soooo darn good.

Carmalized onions in a bath of pork chorizo flavors and charred potatoes sitting inside the arms of homemade tortilla and accompanied with an avocado, queso fresca, and a fat scoop of salsa roja. 😋

Absolutely delicious!!!
