ASADA AND ADOBADA COMBO TACOS
My son and I couldn’t come to a decision on the type of taco to have last night so we decided to combine a couple of our favorites.
We dropped by our local carniceria and picked up a couple pounds of seasoned pork and beef and went straight to the fire via our @charbroilgrills .
While the meat cooked I made a KILLER pineapple cucumber salsa using the ladder 2 items along with cilantro, a tomato, bell pepper, red and green onion, olive oil, lime juice/zest, serrano, jalapeno and salt.
And with a few flour tortillas I dropped in the carne asada then the adobada followed by a few grilled onions,cilantro then I shoveled in a huge mound of the sweet salsa.
And for the finale I drizzled in the habanero and serrano deliciousness of @purohotsauces Puro Piña hot sauce.
