SIMPLE STEAK TACOS

Last night we cooked up a pretty delicious round of steak tacos but the prep was super minimal and the result was top notch.

My steaks don’t spend much time getting pan seared, maybe 4.5 min on each side, and once they were done I prepped a few mozzarella coated flour tortillas. Next I threw down a layer of @yucatanguac and placed my steak into the Avocado bedding. I added in cilantro, red onions and a huge drizzling of one of my favorite sauces, @cutinosauce Chipotle!

This might be the perfect taco and naturally I had to wash it down with the perfect beverage, an ice cold @topochicousa
