GROOVIN’ CHORIZO & SMOKED SAUSAGE TACOS with the Pot Sauce!

The Rascals said Sunday afternoons were meant for Groovin’ so thats exactly we did.

And for dinner i whipped up a round of chorizo infused scramby eggs and made them into a nice little nest above a thin coating of guacamole atop a hot flour tortilla. Inside the chorizo/egg nest I dropped in a handful of smoked sausage, red onion, cilantro, queso, and a fat drizzling of the grooviest hot sauce I own: the wickedly wicked @mikeyvshotsauce 512 Pot Sauce which if full of roasted Jalapenos and Hemp seed.

I picked up this sauce from the kind folks over at @thespicysister.ca where they ALWAYS have a killer variety of spicy things.

So. Freaking. Good.

Also washed these tacos down with the delicious bubbly water @topochicousa
