BACON & EGG TACOS

Yesterday I was watching the latest episode of @tacogear ‘s “The Taco Chair” featuring @puropinchesa and some puffy tacos. The following episode that popped up was from almost a year ago and featured @theroughiancc ‘s Natalie Trevino who very elaborately describes the simple and deliciousness of a bacon & Egg taco. It got my mouth watering and I had to make some for myself.

After prepping both the bacon, eggs and toasted flour tortillas I wrapped the tacos in foil to let the flavors dance around together as Natalie explains. After a few minutes of steaming together, I popped those tacos open, drizzled in a little @cholulahotsauce green pepper.
