TACO DAY 1002
PINA DAÑADA ADOBADA TACOS
I had a little left over adobada from this weekend’s festivities and decided to whipped out a few tacos with that meat. Unfortunately I didn’t have any more grilled pineapple but luckily I had a bottle of @samsahouse award winning Pina Danada hot sauce on hand that’s made with GRILLED PINEAPPLE!!! Perfect for these tacos.
After warming up the meat and toasting a flour tortilla over a hot flame I placed a scoop of guacamole on the surface of the tortilla and dropped in a few handfulls of meat. I topped these tacos with cilantro, white onions, habanero salsa, and FAT drizzling of Sam’s Sa’house Pina Danada!!
I drizzled the hot sauce on, so all that DRIP you see in these photos are courtesy of that custom 1-off @citylocsbrand Hat with the “1000 days of Tacos” printed on a California license plate. My brother, the taco king @eatmigos , hooked it up when he flew down this weekend and it’s now my favorite hat of all time.
