TACO DAY 1003 4/13/22


Shannon and I dropped by old town temecula yesterday to meet with @temeculatacofest and some of the talented chefs that will be featured at the event.

Since we were in the area we headed over to @1909temecula and tried out their Birria Taco Plate. Braised short rib in a stew of guajillo chile consume graced the 3 small corn tortillas coated in mozzarella cheese. These tacos were topped in cojita cheese, pico de gallo, pickled red onions and on the side was cup of roasted tomatillo salsa for triple dipping.

Soooo Good and it was great to have a conversation with the great @rosieboconnor
