TACOS DORADOS DE PAPA

My long time friend @ericivy dropped into town on business and we used the opportunity to show off eachothers new skills.

First we attempted a round of disc golf at a course I’ve driven by 1000 times and always wondered what went on there. We hit 9 holes in total but I think I may be hooked on disc golf.

After an absolute schooling we heading to the taco cave and fried up a batch of seasoned potato tacos in corn tortillas. We topped these bad boys in a cashew crema, cilantro/cabbage slaw, lime soaked red onions, and few drops of @mariesharpsusa habanero sauce.

Everything was awesome a even vegan friendly.
