TACO DAY 1010 4/20/22
CANNABIS INFUSED HOMEMADE KOGI TACOS
With 420 coming up fast I tried making another round of cannabis infused tacos. This time around I made my version of @chefroychoi ‘s @kogibbq beef Tacos.
First I made a spicy cream sauce using an appropriate sauce from Hawaii, the Guava Lava from @hi_spice . Next I chopped up green onions and cilantro and squirted some lime juice into the mix for a relish topping. I chopped up a green cabbage, broccoli, carrots, red cabbage and mixed with rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, red pepper paste, and a couple drops of sesame oil for a super tasty slaw.
Finally I threw the kogi sauce’d beef in to a pan and tossed it in a hot pan until the meat was done.
I assembled these tacos on a flame toasted flour tortilla and before they were sauced up I dropped in a few drops of THC oil over the top for a happy little 420 tacoslayer celebration!
