TACO DAY 1012
Whipped up a pretty killer round of tritip tacos last night using the @adaptablemeals Santa Maria Style TriTip Roast.
I cooked that bad boy on the @charbroilgrills and after a few minutes on each side before offset cooking to a solid internal temperature of 145* . Once the meat was ready I let it rest and tossed some chopped bell peppers and red onions in a hot oiled pan.
I place my meat on a cheesed flour tortilla with the veggies and drizzled on a little @cholulahotsauce spiked sweet cream sauce and SLAYED!!!
